Driving directions

Take A26 from Port/Tunnel to Troyes.

Follow A5 from Troyes to Dijon

Then take A39 from Dijon to Bourg en Bresse

Head on A40 from Bourg en Bresse towards Geneva and Chamonix.

From Cluses

Exit A40 at J18, sign posted Cluses.

Take D304 into Cluses and look for signs to Morzine, Les Gets, D902.

Take the D902 through Les Gets. When you reach the roundabout at Hotel des Savoies, take the first left staying on the D902 sign-posted St Jeans d’Aulps. Do not take the signs for Morzine. Continue on D902 for about 1 iles until you come to the next roundabout. You should be able to see the garden centre - Jardiflore. Keep straight on over the roundabout (do not turn right towards Morzine) - drive past the patisserie on the left and past the Fleur’Alps apartments on the left. Just as you are heading towards a sharp left bend there is a small chalet on the left on the road and just beyond it a drive heading up. This is Morzine Holidays’ Chalet Morin. The entrance to the drive is sign-posted Morzine Holidays Limited – Chalet Morin / Chalet Nantaux / Chalet Grillon.

Arrival times and Dinner

Please try and arrive around about 5pm. Dinner is planned for 8pm on the first night.

I have warned them that there are 2 fish-eating veges, Debs and Mark, if anyone else is vege or has any allergies please let me know!

Over 20 riders went Chatel for the Passport Du Soleil MTB weekend last year.

This year we are going to stay at Chalet Morin LINK in a village close to Morzine. The cost of Dinner, Afternoon Tea, Bed & Breakfast per person will be £150. We are taking a none returnable deposit of £50 to secure your accommodation booking. Call Steve at ACTiV (01303 240110) to leave a deposit by Debit card.

Travel & Booking arrangements are entirely up to individuals. If you want to know who else is going in order to share cars, then please see the list in the shop. You will need to depart the UK in time to arrive in Morzine on Friday 25 June by early evening and we will be leaving the chalet on Monday 28 June after an early breakfast for an evening crossing home.

Bookings for the event can made via the Passport Du Soleil web site LINK. Please note that the event gets filled up very quickly and it is therefore advisable to book your entry as soon as they open the booking on Weds 10th February 2010

You need to do the following:

2. Find a car share or share your car

3. Book a tunnel or ferry crossing

4. Get entry in for the event
