The Tuesday evening training sessions are held at Betteshanger Country Park and run from April through to September.
in 2016 the Tuesday evening sessions will start 5th April at 6.30pm. Every Tuesday through to September.
All groups catered for. For the first 4-6 weeks, The circuit is split in two running top and bottom and according to your fitness and ability you can decide which one to ride on. After this the full circuit is run with 2 or 3 groups of structured training sessions.
